I have been asked many times "Why don't you open up your own company?" The answer is simple really. I would rather spend my time running with clients than trying to run a business, an office, staff, phone systems and copiers, escrow accounts--the list goes on. I get all the support from the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices corporate offices as well as the Verani Realty staff which would cost me a mint to do. I would rather spend that money supporting my clients and marketing.

We all knew of the Verani name in New Hampshire before it became one of the most successful BHHS offices in the country with 28 offices and over 1.8 billion in sales every year.For me as an agent--and a human, it does feel like joining a family because Giovanni and
Margherita Verani, owners and brother and sister run a wonderful business. It was started by their father in 1967 with the same values they grew up with.

My real estate license is hung in the Wolfeboro office, however my office is really wherever my drivers license takes me all over the state.

I Collect Lakes

I happen to help a lot of buyers and sellers wanting to live the dream, and those moving to the next chapter in their life--to find or market waterfront properties--as well as great views of all those waterfront properties (and mountains). Fortunately there are 1300 lakes and lots of mountains to choose from in a state covered by 86% trees. I collect lakes. I have sold properties on more different lakes than any agent in NH so I do have a good range of direct knowledge of lakes and the surrounding areas.
