Make lifelong memories at this charming 2 + Bedroom lake house away from it all and close to everything you need. Located on a private road in Northwood NH, 20 minutes to Concord, 30 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee, 45 minutes to Portsmouth and within an hour to the White Mountains. You feel the tensions go away as you drive down the road.

The lake is Long Pond which is a pristine 100 acre, 120 foot deep spring fed lake complete with loons and beaver for natural entertainment. There is a great little island to explore as well.

The property is on a half acre of land with a sandy beach and fire pit, spectacular deck overlooking the lake and surrounded by trees for privacy.
On the main level is a bedroom and living room, the open plan kitchen has granite tops and stainless appliances including a dual fuel gas cooktop with electric convection oven. There are 2 eight foot sliders looking out onto the lake and a beautiful stone gas fireplace. There is also a slate walk-in shower on the main floor. Upstairs is an 20 x 28 open space with a full bath upstairs. There is also a door leading to a wonderful roof deck.

Northwood is known as Antique Alley for its many antique stores. you are minutes to a great country market with everything you need, a diner and Johnson Dairy Restaurant. (great ice cream) 5 miles to major grocery store. 20 minutes to Concord. 40 minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee and the Seacoast. and hour to the White Mountains. 2 state parks nearby. you feel you are away from it all yet close to everything you need.

Rates:
$2300 / week + $200 cleaning fee. Discounts apply for multiple weeks. 
All Summer 1-week rentals $500 deposit.
Half due 60 days prior to summer rental. BALANCE DUE 30 days prior to arrival.

Off Season Winter monthly rates October through May-$2300 per month plus utilities
