Waterfront Deals under $300K (seasonal)
A seasonal property is called "seasonal" for different reasons. Sometimes it is a simple as adding insulation or as complicated as needing a well, new septic system, or the road is shut down for the winter or the town won't allow it to be. I am often asked to find out if a property can be changed into a year round--the answer is never that simple. The cost of making improvements sometimes is worth it though it does make it more difficult to finance a fixer upper. Sometimes the easiest way to fix a property up is to tear it down.
