Bow Lake
Bow Lake: (1162 acres) is located in Strafford and Northwood, NH. This deep pristine lake offers brook trout, rainbow trout, perch, pickerel, bass and more and is one of the area's largest lakes. Bow Lake has 23 islands and several pair of loons and loon nesting grounds who return every summer to raise their young. If you like fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, canoeing - you are to the right place. Bow Lake lies beneath the Parker Mountain Range and the views from the lake are just exquisite. Bow Lake Village is a small lakeside community with a general store, grange hall and charming Bow Lake Inn. The Bow Lake Camp Owners Assoc. sponsors lobster cookouts, barbecues, sailing lessons, regattas and 4th of July games and races.
